The Affiliate CodeI work from home and love it but for the first few years I was just left scratching my head. Any instructions I read just confused me which made it really easy to drop what I was working on and just moving onto something else I thought would work faster. Big mistake, but I just didn’t clue in and certainly didn’t do any tracking.

My father told me I was dropped on my head too many times when I was growing up, maybe that was my problem.

It’s Important To Finish What You Have Started

That’s another thing I learned growing up. Finish what you started and that went for everything. The strange thing is that I lived by that rule until I started marketing online, well trying to market anyways. I never followed anything through to the end because it all confused me.

Most people would have given up long ago but I truly believed marketing online would work, I just needed some visuals that would help me to understand all the stuff people were telling me to do if I wanted success.

I spent day and night spinning my wheels getting more and more frustrated until one day my heart just exploded and life changed for the worse. It took me a long time to recover as the damage was something the doctors couldn’t fix.

Well things kind of just stopped and the next four years were a bit of nightmare while I was trying to get my health back. Today I work smarter but I don’t know it that was due to my heart attack or to the fact I had enough time doing nothing to get my mind clear enough to listen to instruction.

Michael Jones And The Affiliate Code

I have always done better when someone shows me exactly what to do so when I heard about Michael Jones’ video training course called The Affiliate Code I had to check it out and that was the day my online business life finally changed for the better. Finally someone that was willing to take me through step by step affiliate marketing.

After going through all the months of hitting brick walls I was very sceptical so really the only reason I gave Michael’s video course a try was because he offered a no questions asked money back guarantee.

I spent the first few hours doing my best to shot holes in Michael’s video but the more I watched the less I had to complain about and finally sat down and started paying attention. Michael had won me over.

Glad he told me to watch the videos at least once before doing anything. Why? I have a terrible habit of reading a little and then trying to do something without seeing the entire picture. Then I give up and move on, but not with The Affiliate Code Video course.

Note: I’m not stupid and I’m not slow but when Michael suggested I do nothing but watch the videos through at least once I felt a weight lifted and I could just relax and watch videos. That right there was worth what I paid for the The Affiliate Code video course. Remember I spent a long time spinning my wheels. But now I am following Michael’s step to success in affiliate marketing and it actually works.

WordPress is one of the strongest selling tools that are available on the web today. It can be used to create a blog for your online enterprise or your own website to promote your product, and even to build automated Auto Content Cash micro-blogs.

What is really good about WordPress is that you can create either of these in a matter of minutes even if you don’t understand how to do HTML. The key to a successful WordPress blog or site is the SEO capability. Here a few tips that you can use on your WordPress promoting blog or website to make it S.E.O able.

Permalinks:

You must be certain that you are using permalinks on your WordPress site. By default your WordPress software contains web URLs which contain question marks and numbers within them. These links are hard for the search engine web crawlers to attach themselves to. As a result your internet site won’t be indexed as quick as it would normally be. WordPress also, however, does offer you the opportunity to create custom URL?s for both your permalinks and archives. You will be able to find this option under your Administration panel. All you will have to do is to select the options panel then click permalinks.

Titles:

In the permalinks section of your WordPress promoting software you’ve got the option of date and name based. This option will place the year, month, date, and post title in your URL. For the SEO webcrawlers it’s best to have the location of your internet site appear in the front of this URL. So rather than using the basic URL you should choose the custom URL and create a link that has your internet site name appearing first.

Tags:

Tags are a fine addition to your site on a S.E.O viewpoint. They’re going to enable the search engines web crawlers? Crawl through your site more easily and also it will enable you to make explicit pages for your tags and keywords. You may install the ultimate Tag soldier for your WordPress.

Page Titles:

You’ll need to be certain you have good titles on all of your website pages. Just as you put the site name at the beginning of your URL you will need to do the same thing with your page title.

Post Titles:

The post titles that you select should be clearly written. Do not stuff these titles with keywords that you are using to target your internet site or blog. Choose your keywords fastidiously when you’re posting and get those words in your post title.

Autolinks:

You’ll also need to cross link to your own posts and pages in your content. You do this by linking keywords to your topical posts.

Related Posts:

Be certain to post links to related posts under all of your postings. This will help the web crawlers that are crawling thru your website and indexing all of your posts.

Ping Services:

Each time you post or edit either a posting or a page your Wordpress blog can inform a spread of different sites that you have updated your blog. It is crucial that you use this step.

Google Sitemaps:

Google has a tool for you that are called Google Sitemaps. This tool will help you index your website and enables you to tell Google which pages are the most significant.

Categories:

Classes will help you organize your content. If you have your permalinks turned on, the class names will appear in your URL. This is the reason why it is very important that you name your category names very carefully. Try and make sure that you use keywords to name your categories and do not be scared to make loads of them. WordPress gives you the ability to use sub categories and sub-subcategories so make as many categories you can. This way you’re able to down your concentration on certain keyword phrases.

Making a WordPress site that is SEO prepared is simple if you know how to do it correctly. Using these steps will help you make a great S.E.O site and make money online in virtually no time.

Blogging is a great way to make your presence known on the World Wide Web. Blogs started as a simple way to have an online journal. They didn’t start as a method for making money but it didn’t take long before the potential for earning a living online was realized.

Bloggers are always on the lookout for ways to do that. Have you thought about affiliate programs?

Affiliate programs are taking off like wildfire. Someone has a product or service they are selling and they give you a chance to be a part of their good fortune by advertising for them. The more money that they make, the more money you make as well.

This type of program is great for a blog. Affiliate programs are everywhere now. They range from pay-per-click to pay-per-lead to pay-per-sale. It all depends on what you want to explore. With some of the bigger programs, you are almost guaranteed a profit on the brand alone.

Finding a Suitable Affiliate Program

All affiliate programs are not created equal. First, choose one that is suitable for the purpose of your blog. You wouldn’t advertise for hair care products if you blog is about gardening. The program product has to fit your needs.

Check out the commission structure. If you are going to promote this program, you want it to be worth your while. Many have a structure where you can earn money for your leads and also for referrals. Can you move up? A multi-level program gives you incentive to promote harder for the monetary gains.

Do you believe in the product? Remember, you are accountable to your readers on your blog. Promoting a product simply for the money would betray them and you would lose your audience.

Try the products you are promoting. Ask for feedback on the program if you have to. You will be more passionate about the product if you like it.

Go for the top. Why not Amazon or eBay? They offer popular affiliate programs that can help monetize your blog. Well established programs usually have more resources for the affiliates to use to increase their commissions.

Affiliate Directories

This is another way to get going with affiliate programs. This is like a marketplace where merchants can list their affiliate opportunities. You can apply for their programs. Here, though, you may be rejected if your blog doesn’t meet certain criteria such as length of time on the Internet.

Affiliate programs are an easy way to get started in the area of monetizing your blog. You can sign up for many even if your blog is new and get going in minutes.

Making Money As An Affiliate With A Blog

Cash Money

Anyone who knows what it’s like to make money online by blogging will tell you one thing: affiliate networks are a necessity if you want to earn anything from your site. It’s also a good jump-off point for bloggers who are just starting out and aren’t yet being approached by advertisers who want to sell products on their blog.

First things first, however. What exactly does it mean to be an affiliate? When you sign up for an affiliate program, you agree to drive traffic and/or sales to your partner site in exchange for a commission. Affiliate programs like these abound; some of the most popular ones include Google Adsense, Amazon.com Associates, Clickbank, and Azoogle.

Take note, however, that affiliate blogging isn’t a sure path towards earning money.  Some bloggers who sign up for affiliate programs aren’t necessarily making a lot of money, and people aren’t always going to click through those important links that will get you that commission.  What you can do, however, is approach affiliate marketing with a sound strategy to help you make money blogging.  Read on to know more about how you can make a profit from being an affiliate partner!

1. Keep it simple:

Over time, it’s become more and more obvious that glitzy banners and flashy ads on your site don’t do as well as advertising that comes in the simple form of links. In other words, people are most likely to respond to an ad if it’s subtle and non-invasive, which is exactly what an ad link is like. Not just that – the difficulty with banners is that they sometimes take forever to load, especially if they require a demanding program to run successfully. Go with the simpler format, and your ads are likely to get much more attention and click-throughs than your banner ads.

2.  Tie your affiliate program and your blog niche together:

If digital technology is such so popular, wouldn’t it make sense for you to put up ads for cell phones and digital cameras on your site?  Well, it would, if your blog were also about digital technology.  If, however, you’re managing a food blog, you might only confuse your readers with the product offers you’re waving.  Choose an affiliate program that’s in line with your blog’s current theme – doing so concentrates on your target market and eliminates unnecessary confusion.

3. Sign up for multiple programs:

Don’t just stick to one affiliate program, hoping your fidelity to it will bring you the rewards you want.  In fact, restricting yourself to just one program is tantamount to restricting the amount of money you’ll earn from being an affiliate.  But before you start plugging your blog with all sorts of ads, remember that moderation is the name of the game here.  In other words, sign up for multiple affiliate programs, and implement them prudently on your site.  Use too many on your blog, and you might end up driving away traffic instead of attracting them.

4.  Create a commissioned review:

Once again, the keyword here is relevance. Bloggers can write product reviews and get paid for them, thanks to services like ReviewMe.com. Be careful, however, and resist the urge to be review-happy. Choose products that you actually believe in and are related to the main focus of your site. If your site is all about planning weddings, then you can write a review on a line of bridal dresses by a particular designer. It’s all about tying your blog to the right reviews, which then tie well with your readers. By doing this, you boost the chances of making a sale happen and earning a commission from your affiliate.

Once you’ve got the hang of it, affiliate marketing isn’t actually all that hard. It just requires a bit of strategizing that puts an emphasis on moderation and relevance – namely, posting just the right amount of ads, and ensuring that your offers are in line with your readers’ interests and your blog’s primary topic. Refine your affiliate marketing strategy, and you’ll find that it isn’t too hard to make money blogging, especially as an affiliate partner.

Niche Affiliate Marketing System (NAMS) 2

There are thousands of internet marketing strategies.  The internet moves at a very fast pace and new ideas are introduced constantly.   To be an effective internet marketer it is necessary to keep up with the moving trends and innovations of the industry.

Internet marketers introduce new online ideas and products every day through launches and other promotional efforts.  The big marketers usually start promoting their product weeks before it is released to build up anticipation.  They form joint ventures with other marketers who promote their product.

These joint venture partners get a commission from the sale and promote the product to their list of customers.  They usually attach a bonus to the product launch in order to make the sale more attractive.  It sometimes ends up in what seems to be a war of the bonuses among the joint venture partners to try to offer the best bonus and make the most sales.

The main aim of any internet marketing strategy is always to attract traffic to a business.  Whatever the product or the new hottest invention, it is always about driving traffic. Without traffic of interested buyers, there are no sales.

Let’s look at some commonly used and effective internet marketing strategies.  Here are some ways to start driving traffic if you are just starting in internet marketing:

  1. Join an affiliate program.  Affiliate programs offer products that are already made that you can sell for a commission.  There are several places where you can find affiliate products to promote such as Clickbank, Paydotcom, Commission Junction, and others.  Affiliate programs usually offer a 50 percent or more commission on their products.  So search for a product that is selling well in one of these places I just mentioned.  You get your affiliate link for the product or products that you choose and advertise that link.
  2. Create a blog.  Set up a website or a blog, which will be your home.  Go to WordPress and get a free blog.  You can have it hosted by WordPress but it is better to host it on a paid server such as Hostmonster or Hostgator, so you can have full control over your blog.  Otherwise, WordPress can decide what you can post on it and can make you take it down if they don’t like it.
  3. Write articles.  Start filling up your blog with content, or articles.  Write articles related to your niche and create links in your articles promoting your affiliate products.  You post these articles on your blog as well as on article directories and bookmarking sites.  This way the articles get distributed over the internet and ranked by the search engines.  This is a great way of advertising and it is free.
  4. Post promotional material.  Post other promotional materials on your blog.  Products usually bring promotional materials that you can use, such as banners, ads, etc.  Post these on your blog as well, so that when people click on them they are taken to the product page.  Make sure your affiliate link is inserted in the banner, or else you will not get the commission if the sale is made.

This is a basic internet marketing strategy that many people use.  From there, let it take you where it may.  You may find that you are attracted to certain marketing strategies that you find.  But this is a good common starting ground.  Even though it is simple, it does involve learning and dedication, and you will discover other strategies along the way.

There are so many different internet marketing strategies coming out every day that it gets a little overwhelming, especially for a beginner.  There are thousands of offers and everyone is promising to make you rich.  And you may find yourself going in a thousand different directions.  This is a problem that a lot of beginners face.  So be aware of this.

There is one membership that I belong to that I love because it offers everything in one place.  Every month I get an incredible amount of content and products, as well as education.  I really get all I need there on a monthly basis, and this makes my life a lot easier than chasing the next new product.  Click here and learn about Turbo Membership, my favorite internet marketing strategy.
